Update billing type

You can convert trial accounts to monthly usage accounts. You do this by updating the billing type for a trial account. If you do this it ends all trials for all products for the account.

You must be a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Flex partner to create a monthly usage account.

To update the billing type, do as follows:

  1. Click Sophos Central Customers.
  2. Select the trial accounts you want to convert.

  3. Click Update Billing.

  4. Confirm that you want to update the billing type for the account.
