Getting started

This page helps you get started with Sophos Central Partner.

Dashboard

The Sophos Central Partner dashboard offers quick access to important customer information at a glance. You can view alerts for your managed customers, usage for your monthly customers, and license information for Sophos Central and Sophos Firewall.

You can also create and manage custom dashboards. See Manage Dashboards.

Manage users

You can add and manage Sophos Central Partner and Sophos Central Firewall administrators. You can also edit the admin roles, remove administrators, and create and delete custom roles.

Manage customer accounts

You can update your customers' billing types, create monthly accounts, apply license keys, unlink accounts, and manage order subscriptions.

You can also group your customers and assign a Partner Super Admin to manage the group. For more information on grouping your customers, see Groups.

Licenses

You can view the total number of licenses on the Licenses page. You can also check for licenses that are near expiration, have expired, or have exceeded their usage limit.

Sophos Firewall

You can manage firewalls and assign them to your Sophos Central customers. See Firewalls.

PSA integration

If you're an MSP partner, you can connect your Sophos Central Partner account to ConnectWise or Autotask.
