Qué sucede en la sincronización
Cuando se produzca la sincronización, verá cambios en Autotask y en Sophos Central Partner.
Qué pasa en Autotask
La sincronización copia los siguientes datos de Sophos Central Partner en Autotask:
- Nombre de cliente
- Nombres de licencias de Sophos Central Partner
- Uso
Nota
Si cambia las licencias asignadas a un cliente en Sophos Central Partner, debe realizar manualmente los cambios correspondientes en el contrato del cliente en Autotask. Sophos Central Partner no actualiza Autotask por usted.
Está sincronizándose con contratos en Autotask. Su cuenta de Sophos Central está vinculada a un contrato en Autotask.
Qué pasa en Sophos Central Partner
La sincronización se produce cada 24 horas o cada mes, en función de la programación seleccionada. Consulte Establecer la frecuencia de sincronización de uso.
La sincronización actualiza los contratos de Autotask en Sophos Central Partner si los ha cambiado manualmente en Autotask.
Para los clientes que están sincronizados, la página Integración de PSA ahora muestra el estado de sincronización.
También se muestran los errores de sincronización. Los detalles del error también muestran consejos para su resolución.
