Lors de la synchronisation, vous voyez des changements dans Autotask et dans Sophos Central Partner.
Ce qui se passe dans Autotask
La synchronisation copie les données suivantes de Sophos Central Partner vers Autotask :
- Nom du client
- Noms de licence de Sophos Central Partner
- Utilisation
Remarque
Si vous modifiez les licences assignées à un client dans Sophos Central Partner, veuillez apporter manuellement les modifications correspondantes au contrat du client dans Autotask. Sophos Central Partner ne met pas à jour Autotask.
Vous synchronisez les contrats dans Autotask. Votre compte Sophos Central est lié à un contrat dans Autotask.
Ce qui se passe dans Sophos Central Partner
La synchronisation a lieu toutes les 24 heures ou tous les mois, en fonction de la planification sélectionnée. Voir Définir la fréquence de synchronisation de l’utilisation.
La synchronisation met à jour tous les contrats Autotask dans Sophos Central Partner si vous les avez modifiés manuellement dans Autotask.
Pour les clients synchronisés, la page Intégration PSA affiche désormais l’état de la synchronisation.
Nous affichons également toutes les erreurs de synchronisation. Les détails de l’erreur affichent également un conseil pour résoudre le problème.
