Durante la sincronizzazione si osserveranno cambiamenti in Autotask e in Sophos Central Partner.
Cosa succede in Autotask?
La sincronizzazione copia i seguenti dati da Sophos Central Partner ad Autotask:
- Nome del cliente
- Nomi delle licenze Sophos Central Partner
- Utilizzo
Nota
Se si modificano le licenze che sono assegnate a un cliente in Sophos Central Partner, sarà necessario apportare manualmente le modifiche corrispondenti al contratto del cliente in Autotask. Sophos Central Partner non aggiorna Autotask automaticamente.
Si sta eseguendo la sincronizzazione con i contratti in Autotask. L’account Sophos Central è collegato a un contratto in Autotask.
Cosa succede in Sophos Central Partner?
La sincronizzazione avviene ogni 24 ore oppure ogni mese, a seconda della pianificazione selezionata. Vedere Impostazione della frequenza di sincronizzazione dell’utilizzo.
La sincronizzazione aggiorna i contratti Autotask in Sophos Central Partner, se sono stati modificati manualmente in Autotask.
Per i clienti sincronizzati, la pagina Integrazione PSA mostrerà ora lo stato di sincronizzazione.
Verranno inoltre visualizzati eventuali errori di sincronizzazione. I dettagli dell’errore includeranno anche suggerimenti per la risoluzione del problema.
