Cosa succede durante la sincronizzazione iniziale?
Durante la sincronizzazione iniziale si osserveranno cambiamenti in ConnectWise PSA e in Sophos Central.
Quando è attivata, la sincronizzazione dell’utilizzo svolge le seguenti operazioni in ConnectWise:
- Crea un Product Catalog in ConnectWise per ogni prodotto Sophos Central.
- Sincronizza con Sophos le informazioni dei campi Company e Agreement di ConnectWise.
- Crea un'Agreement Addition e allega ciascun Product Catalog a tale Agreement.
Le azioni indicate sopra si verificano solo per i prodotti selezionati per la creazione nella piattaforma PSA. Se non viene selezionato alcun prodotto per il mapping e la sincronizzazione, Sophos non creerà automaticamente prodotti nella PSA.

Occorre immettere le informazioni di fatturazione dei propri clienti in ConnectWise, in modo che possano ricevere le fatture per il loro utilizzo dei prodotti. Consultare la Documentazione di ConnectWise.
Nota
La modifica del campo Descrizione del cliente nel catalogo non interrompe la sincronizzazione dell’utilizzo.

Cosa viene visualizzato in Sophos Central Partner?
Per i clienti sincronizzati, la pagina mostrerà ora lo stato di sincronizzazione, l'ID cliente di ConnectWise e il tipo di contratto.
Verranno inoltre visualizzati eventuali errori di sincronizzazione. I dettagli dell’errore includeranno anche suggerimenti per la risoluzione del problema.
