Autotask에서 수행되는 작업
동기화는 Sophos Central Partner에서 Autotask로 다음 데이터를 복사합니다.
- 고객 이름
- Sophos Central Partner 라이선스 이름
- 사용 현황
자동 PSA 제품 생성은 PSA와 초기 동기화 전에 제품 매핑을 설정하지 않은 경우에만 이루어집니다.
참고
Sophos Central Partner에서 고객에게 할당된 라이선스를 변경하는 경우, Autotask에서 고객의 계약에 해당하는 변경을 수동으로 수행해야 합니다. Sophos Central Partner 에서 Autotask를 자동으로 업데이트하지 않습니다.
Autotask에서 계약과 동기화하는 중입니다. Sophos Central 계정이 Autotask의 계약에 연결되어 있습니다.
Sophos Central Partner에서 수행되는 작업
24시간 동기화는 다음과 같이 진행됩니다.
- Autotask에서 수동으로 변경한 경우 Sophos Central Partner에서 Autotask 계약을 업데이트합니다.
동기화된 고객의 경우 PSA 통합 페이지에 동기화 상태가 표시됩니다.
동기화 오류도 표시됩니다. 오류 세부 정보에는 솔루션 조언도 표시됩니다.
