O que acontece no Autotask
A sincronização copia os seguintes dados do Sophos Central Partner para o Autotask:
- Nome do cliente
- Nome das licenças no Sophos Central Partner
- Uso
Nota
Se você alterar as licenças atribuídas a um cliente no Sophos Central Partner, deverá fazer manualmente as alterações correspondentes ao contrato do cliente no Autotask. O Sophos Central Partner não atualiza o Autotask para você.
Você faz a sincronizando com contratos no Autotask. Sua conta do Sophos Central é vinculada a um contrato no Autotask.
O que acontece no Sophos Central Partner
A sincronização acontece a cada 24 horas ou todos os meses, dependendo da agenda selecionada. Consulte Definir a frequência de sincronização de uso.
A sincronização atualiza todos os contratos do Autotask no Sophos Central Partner se você os tiver alterado manualmente no Autotask.
Para clientes sincronizados, a página Integração do PSA agora exibe o status da sincronização.
Também mostramos os erros de sincronização. Os detalhes do erro também mostram orientações para a solução.
