同步處理時，您將在 Autotask 和 Sophos Central Partner 中發現變更。
Autotask 內會發生什麼情況
同步處理會將下列資料從 Sophos Central Partner 複製到 Autotask：
- 客戶名稱
- Sophos Central Partner 授權名稱
- 使用
只有當您在初始同步到 PSA 之前未設定產品對應時，才會自動建立 PSA 產品。
注意
如果您在 Sophos Central Partner 中更改分配給客戶的授權，則必須在自動任務中手動對客戶的合同進行相應的更改。Sophos Central Partner 不會為您更新 Autotask。
您正在與 Autotask 中的合約同步。您的 Sophos Central 帳戶已連結至 Autotask 中的合約。
Sophos Central Partner 內會發生什麼情況
24 小時同步處理的方式如下：
- 如果您在 Autotask 中手動變更了任何 Autotask 合約，請在 Sophos Central Partner 中更新這些 Autotask 合約。
對於已同步的客戶，PSA 整合 頁面現在會顯示同步狀態。
我們也會顯示任何同步處理錯誤。錯誤詳細資料也會顯示解決方案建議。
