Send log files

Only send log files to Sophos Support if requested to do so.

To send Intercept X log files to Sophos Support, do as follows:

  1. In Intercept X, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Send log files.
  3. Tap Mail.
  4. By default, the email will be sent to Sophos Support. If required, change the recipient's address.
  5. Tap Send.
