With the Self Service Portal you can reduce IT efforts by allowing users to enroll devices on their own and carry out other tasks without having to contact the helpdesk.

With a Self Service Portal configuration you define the following:
  • The user groups allowed to use the Self Service Portal.
  • The types of devices users can enroll.
  • The device actions users can perform.
