Invite users without an email address to Apple Business Manager
When you invite users from an external user directory to Apple Business Manager as described in Invite users to Apple Business Manager, Sophos Mobile can’t send an invitation email to users without an email address.
For users that don’t receive the invitation email, perform the following steps to complete the registration process.
As Sophos Mobile super administrator, download the server log files.
Identify the affected user accounts from the log files.
- On the menu sidebar of Sophos Mobile Admin, under MANAGE, click People.
- Click one of the affected users.
On the next page, click Show invitation link.
Sophos Mobile shows the invitation link.
Communicate the link to the user.
The user must open the link in a web browser to activate their Apple Business Manager account.
