Manage Apple Business Manager users

When you set up Apple Business Manager in Sophos Mobile, the Show user page includes an Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) section.

You can perform the following actions:

  • View the status of the Apple Business Manager user account associated with the Sophos Mobile user:

    Registered: You invited the user to Apple Business Manager, but they haven’t activated their account.

    Associated: The user has activated their account and can install apps.

  • Send an Apple Business Manager invitation email to the user.

  • View the apps the user has installed.
  • Deregister the user from Apple Business Manager.
