Reset Apple Business Manager integration

You can reset integration with Apple Business Manager, for example, because you uploaded the wrong server token to Sophos Mobile.

To reset Apple Business Manager integration, do as follows:

  1. On the menu sidebar, under SETTINGS, click Setup > Apple setup, and then click the Apple DEP tab.
  2. Click Reset DEP.

Sophos Mobile deletes the following:

  • The Apple Business Manager server token
  • All Apple Business Manager devices
  • All Apple Business Manager profiles

To stop managing Apple Business Manager devices with Sophos Mobile, sign in to Apple Business Manager and remove Sophos Mobile as MDM server.
