Create KME profile

A Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) profile contains information devices need to enroll with your Sophos Mobile server. You create this profile in the Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment console.

Requirement

This procedure assumes that you’ve set up Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment in Sophos Mobile Admin as described in Set up Knox Mobile Enrollment.

  1. On the menu sidebar, under SETTINGS, click Setup > Google setup, and then click the Samsung KME tab.
  2. In a new browser tab, sign in to the Samsung Knox Admin Portal.
  3. Go to Knox Mobile Enrollment.

  4. Create an MDM profile for Sophos Mobile.

    Turn on the device owner option if you want to use Android Enterprise full device management.

  5. Configure the profile using the values shown in Sophos Mobile Admin under MDM profile configuration.

    Click Copy next to a field in Sophos Mobile Admin to copy the value to the clipboard.

  6. Save the profile.
