Turn off zero-touch enrollment

To turn off automatic enrollment of zero-touch enabled Android devices (“zero-touch devices”) with Sophos Mobile:

  1. On the menu sidebar, under SETTINGS, select Setup > Google setup, and then select the Zero-touch tab.
  2. Click Revoke zero-touch configuration.

Zero-touch devices still connect to your Sophos Mobile server to enroll, but the server refuses the request.

To completely disconnect Sophos Mobile from zero-touch enrollment, delete the configuration for Sophos Mobile in the Google zero-touch enrollment portal.
