Start TeamViewer session
You can start a TeamViewer session with an Android device, an iPhone, or an iPad from within Sophos Mobile Admin.
Depending on your TeamViewer license, you can only start a limited number of sessions per hour.
To start a TeamViewer session:
- On the menu sidebar, under MANAGE, click Devices.
- Click the device you want to control.
- On the Show device page, click Actions > Request remote control.
This starts a TeamViewer session on your computer and on the selected device. After the user acknowledges the connection, you can control the device.
To start a follow-up session with the same device, the user must first close the TeamViewer client.
