Upgrade an existing installation

You upgrade an existing installation of Sophos Mobile by running the installer. The installer detects your installation and upgrades it to the latest version.

You can directly upgrade from Sophos Mobile 9.6 to version 9.7.

To upgrade an earlier version, first, upgrade it to Sophos Mobile 9.6. See the Sophos Mobile 9.6 installation guide.

Requirement

Sophos Mobile has discontinued support for Windows Mobile and Windows Phone devices. You must delete these devices from Sophos Mobile before running the installer.
