Manage configuration items

If you’re a super administrator, you can define configuration items like policies, task bundles or apps and then transfer them to customers.

There are two different transfer types:

• Clone configuration items for new customers: The items are transferred by copying and can be edited for the receiving customer.
• Assign customers to configuration items: The items are transferred by link and cannot be edited for the receiving customer.
