Delete customer

You can delete a customer from Sophos Mobile.

Restriction

You can’t delete a customer in the following situations:

  • You have devices enrolled.
  • You have users assigned to Apple Business Manager apps.

To delete a customer, do as follows:

  1. On the menu sidebar, under MANAGE, click Customers.
  2. Click the down arrow next to the customer you want to delete, and then click Delete.
