Assign licenses to customers

1. On the menu sidebar, under MANAGE, click Customers.
2. Click the customer you want to assign licenses to.

3. Configure the license settings:

   • In the Maximum number of licenses field, enter the number of device users and unassigned devices that can be managed for the customer.
   • Select Advanced licenses if you want to manage Sophos Intercept X for Mobile, Sophos Secure Workspace, and Sophos Secure Email for the customer.

   • In the Valid until field, specify the expiration date for the licenses that are assigned to the customer.

     After that date, no tasks can be created or processed for the customer.

4. Click Save.
