系统环境要求

Sophos Mobile 安装程序执行一系列测试，验证您的系统环境是否满足 Sophos Mobile 的所有必需要求。

强制性要求

Sophos Mobile 安装程序仅在满足以下要求时启动：

• 您已使用本地管理员帐户登录到计算机。
• Sophos Mobile 支持该计算机的操作系统。
• 该计算机至少有一个网络适配器。
• 该计算机至少有 4 GB 内存。
• 该计算机上已禁用 Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Web 服务器。
• 该计算机上的 HTTP/S 端口 80、443 和 818 可以使用。

• 该计算机可以连接到以下 Web 服务。

  • Apple 推送通知服务 (APNs)
  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
  • Google reCAPTCHA
  • Windows 推送通知服务 (WNS)
  • Sophos 服务

可选要求

Sophos Mobile 的某些功能仅在您的计算机可以连接到以下 Web 服务时才可用：

• Apple iTunes
• Apple 激活锁定跳过
• Apple Business Manager
• Google Android 企业
• Microsoft Azure
• TeamViewer
