Reset App Protection password
This section only applies to Android devices.
If your organization has configured App Protection for specific apps on your device, you must create a password when you open a protected app for the first time. You must enter the password every time you open the app or after your device has been locked.
To reset the App Protection password:
- In Sophos Mobile Self Service Portal, click My devices and then click the relevant device.
- Click Actions > Reset App Protection password.
- In the dialog box, enter a new password in the New password field and confirm it.
- Click Reset password.
