AI Defense

Early Access Program

This product is currently in an Early Access Program (EAP). Register for the EAP.

Sophos AI Defense (AID) is a feature in Sophos Fusion that lets you monitor and manage AI usage in your organization.

AI Defense does as follows:

  • Shows which AI apps are running in your network.
  • Shows who’s using these apps.
  • Identifies the risks each app carries.
  • Lets you set policies that block, warn about, or allow specific AI activity, using Sophos sensors that you already have.

AI Defense monitors these AI app types:

  • Browser-based LLMs, such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai, and Copilot
  • Emerging coding, desktop, and agent apps, such as Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenClaw

AI Defense gets its data from Sophos sensors already in your network. These can include the following products and features:

  • Sophos Endpoint
  • Sophos Firewall
  • DNS Protection
  • Protected Browser
  • Sophos Data Lake
