MDR report history

You can't generate MDR reports any more. You can continue to use the Report History page to download copies of old reports until they expire after one year.

You can access and download weekly and monthly customer or enterprise reports on MDR activity.

To see the available reports, go to My Products > MDR > Report history.

Note

Weekly and monthly PDF reports remain available to download for one year.

Enterprise reports

You can use the following filters to manage the details shown on the Enterprise Reports page:

  • Report type: Filter by weekly or monthly reports.
  • Date range: Filter by the oldest or latest reports.

Download report

To export a PDF copy of a report, under Download report, click Download PDF.

Sub-tenant reports

You can use the following filters to manage the details shown on the Sub-tenant reports page:

  • Customer name: Enter a specific customer name.
  • Report type: Filter by weekly or monthly reports.
  • Created on: Filter the reports by specific dates.

Download report

To export a PDF copy of a report, under Download report, click Download PDF.
