Integration setup

Before you can synchronize customer data between Sophos Fusion Partner and Autotask, you must do the initial setup tasks.

• In Autotask, create an API User account and perform other setup tasks. See Set up Autotask.
• In Sophos Fusion Partner, enter the API User account details. See Set up Sophos Fusion Partner.
• In Sophos Fusion Partner, map Sophos Fusion Partner customers to Autotask customers and contracts. See Map Sophos Fusion Partner customers to Autotask contracts.
