Specify the action to be performed for hyperlinks of the risk levels High,
Medium, Low and Unverified. The available Actions
are:
- Block URL: Access to any URL marked with corresponding risk level will be blocked.
- Allow URL: Access to any URL marked with corresponding risk level will be allowed.
- Warn and Allow URL: A warning page will be displayed to the user with a link to access the URL.
Note By default, the actions are set to:High Risk: Block URL
Medium Risk: Warn and Allow URL
Low Risk: Warn and Allow URL
Unverified: Allow URL

Select any of the following options, if required.
- Do not rewrite Whitelisted URLs Appliance will not rewrite or encode Whitelisted URLs present in a message. You can whitelist URLs from Configuration > Policy > Allow/Block Lists.
- Rewrite non-hyperlinked URLs Appliance will rewrite or encode even the URLs mentioned as plain text, and not hyperlinked.
- Rewrite URLs mentioned in message Subject Appliance will rewrite or encode even those URLs that are present in the subject of a message.
- Quarantine messages with long URL Appliance will quarantine messages that contain a long URL (a rewritten or an encoded URL whose length is bigger than 990 characters). Whether this option is selected or not, an appliance will never rewrite or encode a long URL.
