Generate technical support report

The technical support report contains configuration logs, backup logs, system info logs, and VPN logs.

To generate a technical support report from the Sophos Connect client, do as follows:

  1. Click the three dots on the right hand side, and select About.
  2. Click Generate technical support report.

    A zip file is generated.

  3. Save the file.

    You can send the file to Sophos Support, if needed.
