Generate technical support report

You can generate a technical support report containing information about the VPN configurations, connection events, and the endpoint to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

To generate the technical support report, do as follows:

  1. On the Sophos Connect client, click the three dots on the upper-right corner, and select About.
  2. Click Generate technical support report.

    A zip file named scvpntsr.zip is generated.

  3. Save the file.

    You can send the file to Sophos Support, if needed.
