Add a single clientless user

  1. Go to Authentication > Clientless users and click Add.
  2. Specify the settings.
    OptionDescription
    Username Name that identifies the user.

    Examples: PrinterCanon, ExampleUser

    IP address IP address for the user.
    Group Group to which you want to add the user. If you don't specify policies for the user, the group's policies apply.

    To add a clientless group, go to Authentication > Groups and select the Group type.

    Name Name of the user record.
    Email Email address assigned to the network device or user.
    Quarantine digest Sends a list of emails held in the quarantine area to the user's inbox as a digest.
  3. Click Save.

Go to Authentication > Clientless users and click Edit Edit button for the user. Specify policies and settings as required.
