Configuration

After you've completed the initial setup using the setup assistant, you can begin configuring the firewall.

Basic configuration

• Configure the internet settings for the firewall. This includes selecting an IP assignment method for the WAN interface. See Edit physical interfaces.
• Assign IP addresses to endpoints. See DHCP.
• Configure DNS servers. See DNS.

Servers and endpoints

• Configure physical and virtual interfaces. See Interfaces.
• Configure Zones. See Zones.
• Define and manage system hosts and services. See Hosts and services.

Users and groups

• Set up local or external authentication servers.
