Add an email journal (legacy mode)
You can forward copies of recipients’ emails over SMTP/S to a different email address, for example, to an administrator.
To add an email journal, do as follows:
- Go to Email > General settings.
- Scroll down to Email journaling and click Add.
- Enter a name.

Select the recipient. Copies of emails to these addresses and address groups will be sent to the address that you specify.
Note
To journal all incoming emails, select Any.

Specify the email address to which you want to forward copies of the emails.

Applies only to emails over SMTP/S protocol.

Click Save.
