Cellular WAN

Cellular WAN networks provide secure wireless broadband service to mobile devices.

Warning

To avoid issues with the firewall, any changes to the physical WWAN hardware, such as the 5G module or SIM card, must be made while the firewall is turned off.

  • To turn on cellular WAN, click the on/off switch.
  • To connect to the modem that provides cellular WAN service, click Connect.

When you turn on cellular WAN, the firewall creates the WWAN1 interface.
