Add a client connection

Create the client for the site-to-site VPN tunnel.

Requirement

Go to Site-to-site VPN > SSL VPN on the remote firewall and click the download button for the server configuration.

Configure SSL VPN client

  1. Go to Site-to-site VPN > SSL VPN.
  2. In the Client section, click Add.
  3. Enter a name.
  4. Click Choose file and select the server configuration file you downloaded from the remote firewall.
  5. If the file has been encrypted, enter the password.

  6. Specify the settings.

    Name Description
    Use HTTP proxy server Allow the tunnel to connect through the specified web proxy server. This is usually left blank.
    Override peer hostname Hostname to use if the hostname on the server side is not publicly routable. This is usually left blank.

  7. Click Save.
