VPN management allows you to regenerate RSA keys and restart VPN services. RSA keys are used to authenticate IPsec VPN connections for for remote access and site-to-site connections.
The VPN Management menu allows you to restart the VPN service daemon and regenerate the RSA public/private key pair used to authenticate IPsec connections.
|Regenerate RSA Key
|Use this option to regenerate the RSA public-private key pair used to authenticate IPsec connections. Users must download the new VPN configuration from the user portal for remote access VPN connections. For site-to-site connections, the key at the remote location must be updated.
|Restart VPN Service
|This restarts the VPN service daemon and causes all VPN tunnels to drop. If you want to restart a single VPN connection, use the GUI.
