Add an address group

To add an address group, do as follows:

  1. Go to Email > Address group and click Add.
  2. Enter a name.

  3. Specify the address group type.

    Option Description
    RBL (IPv4) Enter IPv4 addresses.
    RBL (IPv6) Enter IPv6 addresses.
    Email address/domain Import a CSV or text file. Alternatively, enter the addresses or domains manually.

    The uploaded file can contain up to 400 email addresses or domain names.

    Sophos Firewall won’t import invalid and duplicate entries.

    You can apply RBLs for spam protection. When Sophos Firewall finds a match for the connecting IP address, it applies the action specified in the SMTP policy.

  4. Click Save.
