Configuration

After you've completed the initial setup using the setup assistant, you can begin configuring the firewall.

Basic configuration

  • Configure the internet settings for the firewall. This includes selecting an IP assignment method for the WAN interface. See Configure physical interfaces.
  • Assign IP addresses to endpoints. See DHCP.
  • Configure DNS servers. See DNS.

Users and groups

  • Set up local or external authentication servers.

    • For setting up external authentication servers, see Servers.

  • Set up multi-factor authentication. See Multi-factor authentication (MFA).
