Any configuration changes made locally on the switch won't be synchronized with Sophos Central. We recommend making changes from the Sophos Central control panel instead.

Configure

On the Configure tab, you can configure most switch settings, such as System settings, SNMP, Port settings, PoE, VLAN, STP, LBD, QoS, Access control, and Firmware.

System settings

On the System settings page, you can configure the basic settings for the switch, such as its name, location, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, ARP settings, and system time. You can also see connected devices on the Neighbor discovery table.

System information

On the System information tab, you can set the general information for the switch. You can configure the following settings:

  • System name: The name of the switch
  • System location: The location of the switch
  • System contact: The contact person for the switch

Click Apply to save your changes.

Click Reset to discard any unsaved changes.
