System

The System section shows information about your access point hardware and LAN configuration. The information displayed is as follows:

  • Model: The model number of your access point.
  • Serial number: The access point's serial number.
  • SKU: The region code of the access point.
  • Uptime: The amount of time the access point has been running continuously.
  • System time: The current date and time on the access point.
  • Boot from: Shows information for the booted hardware, booted from internal memory.
  • Firmware version: The access point's firmware version.
  • MAC address: The MAC address of the access point.
  • IP address: The IPv4 address of the access point. Click Refresh to update this value.

Wired LAN Port Settings

Wired LAN Port Settings shows the settings for the access point's wired LAN ports.

  • Wired LAN port: The name of the LAN port.
  • Status: Shows the connection status and speed of the specified LAN port.
  • VLAN mode/ID: The VLAN mode and VLAN ID for the specified LAN port.

Wireless

Wireless (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 6 GHz)

These tables show information about the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz wireless frequency bands.

  • Status: Enabled or disabled.
  • MAC address: The MAC address of the specified frequency band.
  • Channel: This shows the channel number the specified frequency band is using for broadcast.
  • Transmit power: Shows the transmit power level of the specified frequency band as a percentage.
  • RSSI: Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) measures the strength of the access point's signal at the endpoint device. The closer the value is to zero, the stronger the signal is.

Wireless (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 6 GHz) / SSID

These tables show the settings of the SSIDs configured on the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz wireless frequencies.

  • SSID: The SSID names for the specified frequency band.
  • Authentication method: The authentication method for the specified SSID.
  • Encryption type: The encryption type for the specified SSID.
  • VLAN ID: The VLAN ID for the specified SSID.
  • Additional authentication: The additional authentication type for the specified SSID.
  • Wireless client isolation: This shows whether wireless client isolation is in use for the specified SSID.
