Traffic Shaping
You can use traffic shaping to optimize or guarantee performance, improve latency, or increase usable bandwidth for some packets by delaying others.
Traffic shaping for SSID (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 6 GHz)
You can apply traffic shaping to SSIDs or individual clients on the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz wireless bands. You can configure the following settings:
- Enable: Turns traffic shaping on or off.
- SSID: The name of the SSID you want to set traffic limits for.
- Each client: Select this to set limits per endpoint device on an SSID.
- Down link: Sets the download limit for the selected SSID, in Mbps, up to a maximum of 2500. Enter 0 for unlimited bandwidth.
- Up link: Sets the upload limit for the selected SSID, in Mbps, up to a maximum of 2500. Enter 0 for unlimited bandwidth.
