- All Sophos SG, XG, and XGS Firewall Hardware (including modules and accessories) are supplied with a 1-year hardware warranty (8x5, return & replace). Hardware replacement beyond the 1st year is covered through an Enhanced support contract (XG & XGS Firewall) or an active Software Subscription (SG Firewall).
- For XG Firewalls hardware replacement will only be provided during the first 5 years of an active Enhanced support contract.

APX and SD-RED appliances
- All APX and SD-RED Series devices are supplied with a 5-year hardware warranty. Further warranty and/or hardware replacement extensions are not possible.
- Sophos Switches are supplied with a limited lifetime hardware warranty which offers Hardware repair or replacement during the product lifetime.

Legacy AP and RED appliances
- All legacy AP and RED Series devices are supplied with a 1-year hardware warranty.
- Hardware replacement beyond the 1st year for devices that are managed by Sophos XG or XGS Firewall appliances is covered through an Enhanced Plus support contract of the appliance to which the RED/AP is connected.
- Hardware replacement beyond the 1st year for devices that are managed by Sophos SG Firewall appliances is covered through an Extended Warranty contract for the dedicated RED/AP.
- Hardware replacement beyond the 1st year for legacy AP Series devices which are managed by Sophos Central is covered through a Central Wireless contract of the AP.
