To use the portal, you must register. See Sophos Support Portal Registration.
In this guide, you can find help on the following tasks:
- Creating cases.
- Updating cases.
- Uploading files for investigation.
- Escalating cases (you must be a Sophos Partner to do this).
- Allowing Sophos Partners to create and manage cases for you. You’re also allowing them to see your Sophos account and assets. You must be a Super customer to do this.
- Removing permission for Sophos Partners to create and manage cases for you. You’re also removing permission for them to see your Sophos account and assets. You must be a Super customer to do this.
- Changing the language and time zone for the portal.
