Use FTP

You can use FTP to send Sophos large files or samples for investigation. You need to do this after you’ve created your case. See How to connect to Sophos FTP server using an FTP client.

To use FTP, do as follows:

  1. Go to Sophos Support and sign in if you haven’t already done so.
  2. Click Cases.
  3. Find the case number for the case you want to add files to and click it. This opens the case.

  4. Look for FTP Credentials and click Generate FTP Credentials.

  5. When the credentials are generated, use them to send us your files and samples.
