Support Certification Program (SCP)

For customers and partners with experience in Sophos products, Sophos offers the Support Certification Program or SCP. Upon successfully passing a Sophos Support-designed exam, or holding a current Sophos certification, this allows customers and partners access to a senior Sophos Support engineer when you need to interface with Sophos Support. This is a free offering to qualified customers and partners.

  • Limited to Sophos Firewall and Central Endpoint Server technologies
  • Offered via an online 45-minute individual exam that consists of Sophos product knowledge, and network and endpoint-related fundamentals. Only those who pass the exam will have access to the SCP program
  • Once you successfully pass the exam, you will be provided a Welcome Letter outlining the program details and instructions on how to connect with a senior Sophos Support engineer
  • Program access is valid for two years
  • If you are a customer or partner who holds current Sophos certification in either of our core products (Sophos Firewall or Central Endpoint Server), you will continue to have access to the senior support to which you are entitled by your certification
  • SCP compliments all support programs outlined in this document
  • Currently limited to certain regions globally
  • We also strongly encourage you to certify in all Sophos products for which you have either deployed, or are planning on deploying
