Feature Gap Analysis

Most of the SFOS email features are available in Sophos Email. The below table provides a view on missing feature analysis between SFOS Email and Sophos Email solutions.

BATV from Anti-Spam and Mail-handling It is based on BATV (Bounce Address Tag Verification) secrets in general settings, and this is not relevant for cloud-based email offerings.
Novell eDirectory Integration Based on the customer use cases, we can have alternative solution in the cloud email.
Open LDAP Integration Based on the customer use cases, we can have alternate solution in the cloud.
SNMP We can configure email notifications for system generated events and reports using the built-in or an external mail server.
Hardware Monitoring Not required for cloud-based solutions.
POP/IMAP Scanning Not available in Sophos Email.
