To use the portal, you must register. See Sophos Support Portal Registration.

In this guide, you can find help on the following tasks:

  • Creating cases.
  • Updating cases.
  • Uploading files for investigation.
  • Escalating cases (you must be a Sophos Partner to do this).
  • Allowing Sophos Partners to create and manage cases for you. You’re also allowing them to see your Sophos account and assets. You must be a Super customer to do this.
  • Removing permission for Sophos Partners to create and manage cases for you. You’re also removing permission for them to see your Sophos account and assets. You must be a Super customer to do this.
  • Changing the language and time zone for the portal.
