This guide tells you how to use the Sophos Support Portal if you’re a registered customer or Sophos Partner.

The Sophos Support Portal allows you to create and manage your Sophos Support cases. If you’re a partner, you can manage cases for customers who have allowed you to do this.

You can also see the assets associated with your Sophos account. Your assets are the Sophos products and services you’ve bought.

If you’re a partner, you can see the assets associated with your customers’ accounts. You can only see customers’ assets if they’ve allowed you to manage cases for them.
