Submit a file
You can upload files for investigation. You need to do this after you’ve created your case. There’s an upload limit of 25 MB. If you need to upload larger files, you can use FTP. See Use FTP.
You can’t view your uploaded files in the Support Portal. If you need to check your files, contact Sophos Support, and reference your case number.
To upload files, do as follows:
- Go to Sophos Support and sign in if you aren’t already signed in.
- Click Cases.
- Find the case number for the case you want to add files to and click it. This opens the case.
Look for Submit a file.
You can upload files in either of the following ways:
- Click Upload Files and select your files.
- Drag your files on to Or drop files.
Your file appears in Attachments at the bottom of the case details or in the Related tab.
