Support sign in

In the top right, you will see Mode:.

  • Partner is selected by default. No additional sign in is required.
  • Click Support and sign in with your Sophos employee account. Signing in as support allows for additional rules for the detection engine that are internal to TSEs and it also reports the TSE’s username in the telemetry functions for internal tracking.
