Create customer accounts and contracts

Follow these instructions to create accounts and contracts.

To create accounts, do as follows:

  1. In Autotask, create an account for each of your Sophos customers. Include billing information, so that they can be billed for their license usage.
  2. Create a contract for each of your Sophos customer accounts. To do this, do as follows:

    1. Create a Recurring Service Contract and enter the relevant details.

      For the account name, enter the name of the customer account, so that the contract is linked to the customer account.
