Update messages

Batch-update messages by name (each name must be a MessageName enum literal). Each messages[] entry updates or resets one message; an empty message resets that message to default. Messages not listed in the request are unchanged (not RFC 7396 full-array replacement). The 200 response returns the full document including root updatedAt when the singleton resource was last updated.
